Format
Sessions are available online and in person, subject to availability. Please confirm the location or online format when booking. See where in-person sessions take place.
Booking and payment
Sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
Your booking is confirmed once the booking system has recorded the appointment and the required payment. You will receive confirmation and any relevant session instructions by email.
Please ensure that the email address and contact number you provide are correct.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Clear and fair
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. To keep the policy clear and fair:
- 24 hours or more before your appointment
- If you cancel or request a change at least 24 hours before the session, the amount paid will be retained as a credit towards a future session. Cancel and reschedule online.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment
- The session fee will ordinarily be forfeited.
- Missed appointment
- If you do not attend and have not given notice, the session fee will ordinarily be forfeited.
- If I need to cancel
- You may reschedule, or receive a refund of the prepaid fee for the cancelled session.
- Exceptional circumstances
- Please contact me if something unexpected occurs. Any exception will be considered fairly and at my discretion, subject to applicable law.
The cancellation policy will be displayed before payment and accepted as part of the booking process.
